Dear Hang,

First off sorry for the late reply, I was off for a few months.
This issue is known and there is no way around it other than disabling 2 packages. Basically the old Vc package is not compatible with newer compilers, which affects also newer Ubuntu systems. You can either start working on the dev branch or disable manually in your pandaroot/CMakeLists.txt these lines:

add_subdirectory (tracking/catracking)
add_subdirectory (tracking/ftscatracking)
