Dear Chamberbuilders,

we encountered a problem related to the HV 953 U hardener:
After curing of the glue (AW 106/116 mixed with the hardener)
the surface of the cured glue feels sticky and humid. First
we thought that this might be related to the humidity, since
the stiffness/solidity was OK. Testing of the chambers also
did not show increased currents. However, we did contact the
supply company and they admitted problems with the hardener
since the end of last year (they changed their supply source).
The specified characteristics of the glue (hardener) might thus
not be guaranteed any more. Consequently we need to know:

1) Do you also observe the same features (stickiness of the
surface of the glue after curing)?

2) What are the "Ident-Numbers" and "Batch-Numbers" of the
hardener and glue cans that you received. They are indicated
on the labels of the cans. They are for example (one of our
cans): Ident Number 041221400 and Batch Number AD41005300.
Please send these numbers to me (Joerg) as fast as possible.

Best regards,
Joerg and Christian
