the reason for the problem is a problem of the download server from SourceForge. If you check the file you will find the text below with the explanation. You have to remove the file "basics/boost_1_61_0.tar.bz2" and try again later. Please check the twitter web page for updates (https://twitter.com/hashtag/SourceForge?src=hash).
