Hi,

The macro, which creates target geometry file, is:

R3BRoot/macros/r3b/geo/create_target_geo.C

You will need to change the material of the volume and re-run this macro, specifying a tag for new geometry file. Afterwards, you can use this new file in the r3bsim.C simulation macro.
