External packages and Root 6 cling error [message #18953]

Hallo, zusammen:

I installed FairRoot external packages running the configuration script from:

https://github.com/FairRootGroup/FairSoft

and I decided to install Root 6. Compilation gave no errors and it was successfully installed.
Then if I run root I get this error:

IncrementalExecutor::executeFunction: symbol '_ZN5cling7runtime6gClingE' unresolved while linking [cling interface function]!
You are probably missing the definition of cling::runtime::gCling
Maybe you need to load the corresponding shared library?

Searching in Root forums it seems it is a problem with compilation flags.
How could I solve this error?
