Hi,
the mine was a bug, but the matrices need to be recalculated anyway. I hope that with my correction the chi2 will assume something closer to what we should expect, but for the correct analysis we need better matrices for sure.
No idea about the scaling factor you are speaking about. I can try to take a look tomorrow.
