Dear Laura,

you can request a specific Site/CE with a line like this
Requirements = ( other.CE=="PANDA::Juelich::ce642" );
or with more than one CE
Requirements = ( other.CE=="PANDA::Juelich::ce642" || other.CE=="PANDA::KVI::PBS" );

to get a list i just don't remember the correct syntax, another admin should help me out ,-)

but the CEs you need are (i guess)
PANDA::Torino::PBS
PANDA::KVI::PBS
PANDA::Vienna::smigrid02

i will have a look at Juelich next week to check for your Packages
