Thank you for your kind advice.
Using directly ROOT, that is a nice option to me.

I tried to make with new Makefile what you gave me, but it does not help.
I can have 33 object files (below) from both making, but still same trouble at linking, where executable binaries will be created.
My OS is ubuntu 12.10 64bit, I think my library connection of root via fairsoft might have some problem.
