Thank you Stefano! After commenting out

corr->SetInputBranch2("FtsIdealGenTrack");
corr->SetInputIDBranch2("FtsIdealGenTrackID");

the macro works.

I want to compare results for the X simulation with and without the FTS, therefore, I was running a simulation with inactive FTS.
