I have redesigned parts of Pluto (in particular PReaction) in order to allow to create more than one particle stack. See my new example macro.
The idea behind this new structure is that once filters are used, it is required to store the original particle stack.
This should be backward-compatible, because if you don't create new branches, nothing will happen. In theory. But because there was a heavy redesign needed, I call version 5.40.5 a test version for the time being.
I also changed parts of PProjector and PBatch. An 'else' command has been implemented as well.
