Hi sir,
I installed pandaroot on my ubentu 10.10 through following commands:-

svn co https://subversion.gsi.de/fairroot/fairsoft/release/may11 fairsoft &
svn co https://subversion.gsi.de/fairroot/fairbase/release fairbase

And here instead of directory fairsoft i used fairsoft2.
I took my macro like this-/pandaroot/tutorials/charmonium/feb10$

inside this feb10 i have macro:-run_sim_tpccombi.C

And after this i am just foolowing pandaroot charmonium tutorial given on the PANDA website.
