Dear colleagues.

Given your availability and our will to move on we fixed date for EvtGen
workshop to Tuesday 7. Dec. Workshop will be at CERN and we hope to see
many of you present. We will also have video connection for those of you
who cannot attend in person for any reasons.

Detailed agenda will be set later, but general idea is to have
presentation from us on our plans and presentations by experiments in
morning. In afternoon we plan to have informal discussion about EvtGen
future. In presentations from experiments we would like to learn what
version you use, your use cases and issues you are facing at this moment
followed by wishes towards future. In wishes you can specify both
technical level improvements to make your work with EvtGen easier as
well as wishes for physics enhancements.

While we don't do formal registration, we will be glad if you could
confirm your participation in person or via video by answering this
email. Also let us know if you need any help with getting to CERN and
staying there.
