Hi,
in PandaRoot we are not using native G4, but Virtual MonteCarlo (and G4 under Virtual Montecarlo). The PandaRoot macros are under pandaroot/macro, we are not taking care of the G4 macros. I think nobody has ever tried the macro you are using, probably you could have some support from the Geant4 team.
However, I would suggest to forget about those macros, and to check our pandaroot one, which are tested and conformal to our software environment.
