Several changes in the sts directory were implemented:

The default detector response is now the realistic one (with charge sharing): Revisions 7038, 7040 and 7043
Ideal detector response (only one strip fired per MCPoint) is renamed: Revisions 7037 and 7042
Compact implementation of CbmStsDigi and introduction of detector addressing scheme: Revision 7055
Introduction of single strip-inefficiencies due to dead time: Revision 7083
