Normaly these two libraries are in the standard searchpath.
Obviously this is not true in your case. If you have root access
on the machine please add the two libraries in /etc/ld.so.conf and then run ldconfig (man ldconfig). After that the problem should be gone.
If you don't have root access i don't know what to do. Some people have problems when including the pathes other people have problems without.
