Hello Christian,

I suggest you rerun the reco with a debugger.

~/pandaroot/mystuff/analysis> gdb --args root.exe run_reco_sttcombi.C\(5,0\)

Type r (run) to start the program and on the segfault use bt (backtrace) the problem (to quit use q).
You might want to post the output here.
