Dear developers,
The /stable branch of pandaroot has just been updated which matches now the /trunk revision 5430 (head of today). This is supposed to be a start towards the next release (once the QA checks etc etc are passed) and - as discussed during the last EVO meeting - as a start towards a branch which will used for the tutorial session on the Torino meeting. Important is that it is the responsibility of you (the developer!) to make sure that the most "stable" version of your code is placed on the /stable branch. If I am not mistaken, all developers have write access to the /stable branch (right Mohammad?). A "howto" on how to merge your code you can find on the Wiki site created by Soeren sometime ago:

The Wiki site explains how to merge from /develop to /trunk. The merging from /develop or /trunk to /stable follows similar rules (it explains itself, I hope). If you feel uncomfortable about merging your code to /stable, feel free to ask for help.
