Dear Stefano,
I have actually thought about it. The first version of my PndGemKalmanTask had the errors set to zero. I have changed the line:
TVector3 StartMomErr = TVector3(0.,0.,0.);

to:
TVector3 StartMomErr = TVector3(1.,1.,1.);

some 2 weeks ago, but nothing changed.

Thank you anyways for a hint.
