Dear Arek ,
have you tried to remove the optical physics option from gconfig/G4Config.C

you should have only "QGSP_BERT_EMV option
TG4RunConfiguration* runConfiguration
= new TG4RunConfiguration("geomRoot", "QGSP_BERT_EMV");

instead of = new TG4RunConfiguration("geomRoot", "QGSP_BERT_EMV+optical");
