Dear all,
here is a proposal for the PandaRoot meeting schedule until
the Panda Coll. Meeting in December.
Can anyone take a look and let us know if it O.K.?
(it takes into account several travels, teaching, etc.)
o Wednesday, *Oct 10*,
question:
can we maybe change start/stop time to 10:00-12:00?
I will be at KEK, 8 hours time shift into future
semester did not start yet (so no teaching),
so probaly it is possible (as exception) for everyone?
o Wednesday, *Oct 24*, 14:00-16:00
o Wednesday, Nov 7, no meeting
-> FAIR inauguration
therefore break 2-week cycle and change to one week later
o Wednesday, *Nov 14*, 14:00-16:00
o Wednesday, *Nov 28*, 14:00-16:00
on that day I am attending a meeting be in Beijing,
so internet speed is ~30kB/s, sufficient for skype
but maybe not sufficient for evo,
so I can't promise to participate yet
(but I hope that maybe Johan might be able to chair the meeting,
just in case I can't connect)
anyway it is important to have a meeting 2 weeks before the coll.
meeting and discuss results, talks, etc.
This accounts to 4 PandaRoot meetings before the Coll. Meeting.
Then Panda Coll. Meeting at GSI, Mon Dec 10 - Fri Dec 14.
And then Christmas.
is this acceptable?
