Hi Stefano

To use the shell script runing ctest twice is a workaround to pass the newly created environment variables to the ctest process. Maybe there is a better way, but i found no.
That your machine shows up twice has to do with the timestamp which is produced by ctest. Every entry on the webpage is sorted by this timestamp and the unique name you set in the script. If you submit
two different runs with the same timestamp you will see only one entry in the webpage. If you submit at two diferent times you will see two entries. I think this is exactely what happens in your case. I am shure the two timestamps will only differ by one minute.
If this happens with your machine all the time you should asked for a faster computer ;-}.
