Hi Stefano

Then i don't understand the error. Maybe it is no error.
If you look to the script you see that the script executes ctest
two times. In the first run it updates the working copy and creates
the config.sh script. This script is than executed to set all
necessary environment variables. This is the fist submission.
After this the script starts ctest a second time to actualy build
the project and run the tests.

If this is the behaviour you observe than this is not an error but
a feature ;-}.
