Hello Sebastian

I think this has to do with the fact that you define the
TRACKREP_HEADERS two times.
The first time you use

CHANGE_FILE_EXTENSION(*.cxx *.h TRACKREP_HEADERS "${TRACKREP_SRCS}")

later in the file you have

set(TRACKREP_HEADERS GeaneTrackRep.h)

Try to remove one of this lines and see what happens.
