hi Stefano,
I don't know if this answers your question.
Find the momenta at any given point of the trajectory is rather trivial when one knows the initial momentum and the radius and conter of the helix.
It is just enough to remember that for Panda Px**2 + Py**2 is constant and that the momentum in the XY plane is always perpendicular to the radius of the helix.
