Hi only to be sure
please substitute the geo file for the tof detector
by tofbarrel.geo and not

PndTof *Tof = new PndTof("TOF",kTRUE);
58 Tof->SetGeometryFileName("tofSciF.geo");
59 fRun->AddModule(Tof);
