Hi Liliana,

So actually, the issue seems to be related to something weird going on in the tof_ll spectrum, which is clear when comparing the 46Ti Coulex run (at the start of the experiment) and the 46Ti Lifetime run (ran later), since these should be identical beam settings [see attached '46TiC_ToF_ll' and '46TiL_ToF_ll'].

These problems don't appear to be present in the tof_rr spectrum, so instead I've used the input Frs/TofSystem.beta_rr for creating the Frs id which removes this shifted 46Ti id [see attached 'MhTDC-TPCresult'].

The only issue that remains is after the scintillator calibrations is that there is something of a repeated id [see 'MhTDC-ScintCalResult], which is probably responsible for something going wrong with the left PMT at S2, maybe due to too high a rate. This can be clearly seen when gating on the 'different 46Ti blobs' in the Frs id and producing the corresponding dt_S2lr and dt_S4lr spectra for each case [see attached 'dt_S2lr-Issues' and 'dt_S4lr-NoIssues']. Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

Thanks,
Scott
