Thanks Stefano,

I tried to read the file with the TBrowser, the PID branches were all not saved.

I found the origin of the problem, I was reading the wrong input file in one of the steps... (My fault Embarassed

) It took me some time to find out, but now It finally works.
Thanks again for your help, and sorry for the inconveniences.
