Hi

I tried to install PandaRoot on a new machine but while downloading the externals, I got the error:

svn: warning: Error handling externals definition for 'transport/vgm':
svn: warning: Repository moved permanently to 'https://svn.code.sf.net/p/vgm/code/'; please relocate

Last time (a month ago) I didn't had this problem. How to relocate the path?
