Dear Elisa,

I just run the simulation with the macros in macro/pid and the analysis with run_ana_invariantmass_2pi_stt.C on this data and got non-empty histograms. Also the errors you reported for run_pid_stt.C did not appear. Of course I don't know whether the plots are reasonable, but at least not empty.

Are you sure that the adapted all file names in the macro properly and did an 'svn update' on your july12 branch (maybe something changed, although it should be fixed in principle...)?
