Dear Grid admins,
We have recently started a massive simulation campaign on the PANDA Grid for the technical design studies for the tracking detectors of PANDA. Although the presently (and few) available sites seems to run reasonably fine and also the software is nicely installed on most of the sites, there is (lots of) room for improvements. In particular, only a few sites presently seem to pick up jobs. Most sites appear to be very silent and have problems with their storage element. Would you be so kind and take a look at your site and see why it doesn't participate in the production. It could well be that a simple (re)start of the Alien services is sufficient. In any case, please take this message seriously, since there is a very tight time schedule for the completion of the simulations. Your contribution is, therefore, highly appreciated and of crucial importance for the success of the campaign.
