Hi Mathias,
I think in the macro you need to add the following red line to load all the libraries:
gROOT->Macro("$VMCWORKDIR/gconfig/rootlogon.C");
rootlogon();
gSystem->Load("libSds");
gSystem->Load("libSdsReco");
gSystem->Load("libLmd");
gSystem->Load("libLmdReco");
gSystem->Load("libLmdTrk");
