Hi,


when trying to update my pandaroot installation on kronos with 'svn up', I get the errors/warnings:

I already have the proxy lines

http-proxy-host = proxy.gsi.de
http-proxy-port = 3128
http-proxy-exceptions = *.gsi.de


in my .subversion/servers file.

Does somebody know what's going wrong?

I see the same today. No idea what happened.

If that issue persists, are we allowed to store the code on our svn?

Hi Klaus,

if I try to load

https://svn.code.sf.net/p/genfit

in my browser I get an "unable to connect" error.
For me it looks like a problem with sourceforge. Are you sure that the URL is still valid?

On the sourceforge side there is written that genfit has moved to https://github.com/GenFit/GenFit.

Yes, it is always a problem of sourceforge.
The idea to have a hard copy on our svn is not bad, I did it already for genfit (genfit1).

Hello,

I did not change anything in the genfit sourceforge repository recently, so I guess it is a problem of sourceforge.
On the other hand, the sourceforge version is not being updated anymore.

Since it is not straightforward to do an svn checkout from a git repository, its maybe a good idea to copy the latest version from github into the pandaroot repository.

It looks like it is possible to include a git repo as an SVN external:
