Dear Mr. Kresan,

I am trying to run Geant3 simulations with multiple particles, but I keep getting segmentation violations.
When I however remove all the ions in the ASCII-file, the simulation runs fine. Do you know how I can fix this problem?

Christiaan.

Dear Christiaan,

after debugging your error the whole day, I can tell that it is not related to R3BRoot or Geant3. It is Fluka part, which can not handle hadronic interactions of your "exotic" isotopes. The only way to overcome it, is to set HADR option to 1 in gconfig/SetCuts.C. BUT then you will not get your neutrons correct. So it is not an option.

Sorry, I can not help your with this issue.

Best regards,
Dima

Dear Mr. Kresan,

Thank you for your explanation and all your efforts. Looks like
I will have to find another way around the problem then using Geant3
with these particles.

Yours Sincerely,
Christiaan Douma.
