Hi,

I just tried to build PandaRoot against fairsoft jul15p1 and fairroot v15.07 and got the following error during cmake

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:264 (add_subdirectory):
add_subdirectory given source "genfit" which is not an existing directory.

Somebody know what the problem is?

Best,
Klaus

Yesterday there were problems in the connection to the genfit repository. Can you try again? Maybe now they are solved.
We should move at least genfit into dev branch, or to the trunk itself, in order to avoid these problems in the future (it is not the first time this happens).

Hi Stefano,

thanks for the info! It still doesn't seem to work, I assume, I got after 'svn up'

svn: warning: W200000: Error handling externals definition for 'GenfitTools/trackrep/RKTrackRep':
svn: warning: W000111: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://svn.code.sf.net/p/genfit/code/trunk/RKTrackRep'
svn: warning: W200000: Error handling externals definition for 'genfit2/core':
svn: warning: W000111: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://svn.code.sf.net/p/genfit/code/trunk/core'
svn: warning: W200000: Error handling externals definition for 'genfit2/doc':

...etc...

Best,
Klaus

Yes, still down. You could (dirty patch) copy genfit and RKTrackRep from another pandaroot version, for the moment. Once the svn repository will be again available I will move it to our repository.

Try to do a svn update now, I copied genfit from their svn to our repository. For genfit2 you will see still error messages, but you can comment it out from compilation (in GenfitTools/CMakeLists.txt you should also comment out the ***2 lines).
