i am running jan14/macro/run/tdrct/npipi/run_ana_invariantmass_4pi_stt.c and i am getting following error

Those are macros for the TDR of the central tracker, they are three years old. You should use the basic macros in macro/run (or the ones suggested on the tutorial).
