When we read PndEmcPoint, the track identifier can be accessed by PndEmcPoint->GetTrackID(). My question is what does a negative return-value -2 mean?

PndEmcPoint->GetTrackID() should be always greater than -1...
When and how are you seeing EmcPoint with trackid == -2?

Run macro/run/sim_complete.C, print out PndEmcPoint->GetTrackID() in PndEmcHitProducer.cxx.
We will see such cases may happen within 20 events.

I found that for a too long time, at the beginning this -2 value may cause crash in simulation, so I make a condition check to skip such case when I trace the showers to MC truth.

but recently, I want to do a detailed check for the whole flow, I think this -2 value is not in PndMCTrack list, and post this question?
