Energy Loss of what? You can have Stt dE/dx, or MVD dE/dx. There are the corresponding functions in the PndPidCandidate.

For MVD dE/dx I have seen the function in PndPidCandidate but in which macro I have to use it and how? In Pid_complete.C or any other macro. I am trying to understanding the framework.

If you open the pid_complete.root file, with the TBrowser you can plot whatever you like. In this case it will be inside PidChargedCand folder.
