Dear colleagues,

I want to clarify for myself which vertex fitter should I use in analysis in pandaroot.

In /PndTools/AnalysisTools/Fitter/ directory there is a list of different fitters.

I tried the PndKinVtxFitter but I want to make sure that it's the most suitable.

Could Klaus Goetzen and Ralf Kliemt comment on it?

Hi Dima,

when I tested the fitters for the collaboration meeting in December, the PndKinVtxFitter was the one with the most reasonable results. However, the PndVtxFitter also seemed to work. The only one which showed weird results was the PndChiVtxFitter.

Unfortunately a real validation (whether pull is correct etc) is still missing for the fitters. I plan to do that, but I can't promise when.
