You had a problem with memory, completely eaten by the software.
You should run less events or use a machine with larger RAM memory.

This is seems GEANE crashing but it' s quite strange because GEANE is stable now. Which external packages release are you using?

Are you sure you have the most updated version of that release? I mean, in april a patch for GEANE was added and an update was needed to apply it.
If you don' t have the updated patch this could be the cause of the crash.

jan10 external packages are not supported since a while. The suggestion is to use the new may11 packages.

Did you recreate the simulation, digitization and parameters files from scratch after the update or are you just reconstructing the old files with the new code?
Can you please remove all the files and do the simu -> digi -> reco procedure again?
Another question: did you try with a different seed in the simulation? ...just to see whether it happens rarely or not...

From the simulation macro. If there is the line: gRandom->SetSeed(seed);
you just have to change the value of "seed". Otherwise, you can put this line there and give as seed the value you want (if you give 0 the seed will come from the machine clock).
