Are these external packages supposed to include GEANT3 or not? I failed to build them:

Hi,

It seems that something went wrong when getting geant3 from CERN svn! can you please check if the directory "/home/scheinast/feb11/transport/geant3/" exist? if not just go the directory "/home/scheinast/feb11/transport/" and type "svn update". Then you can call the configure.sh again from the main directory.

No, it doesn't.

if not just go the directory "/home/scheinast/feb11/transport/" and type "svn update". Then you can call the configure.sh again from the main directory.

Thank you, that solved it!

I asked in the public forum because I saw that in the GSI repository
( https://subversion.gsi.de/trac/fairroot/browser/fairsoft/release/feb11/t ransport)
this directory doesn't exist either, so I suspected an "official" problem. Since it was only individual, you may delete my post(s) from the forum.

Anyway, you saved my weekend Wink
