Dear EMC experts,

I'm wondering when the geometry of EMC will be changed?
As you know a gap between barrel and backward endcap region is existed at 142<theta<149 degree.
Do you have plan to extend current geometry of EMC to cover this missing part? then when will be come?

Thank you!

Hi,
I think the gap will never be filled, because space is needed for the cables and that is the only space left on the backward part.
Comments from others working on the backward endcap are requested.

Hi,

Stefano is right.
I don' expect we will fill up the gap between barrel and backward endcap.
This space is indeed needed for cables.

Regards,
Ola.
