Just to let everyone know (maybe important for flight and hotel booking right now):
Johan received a information from Ulrich Wiedner that the Coordination Board is planned for FRIDAY, June 27, MORNING.
As we discussed on the last PandaRoot meeting, this is maybe the best time slot for a TUTORIAL.
The topic to be announced later, but something of advanced level, such as a physics channel with global tracking (hopefully Kalman) for MVD+TPC or MVD+STT (digis), geane (i.e. maybe extrapolation to EMC) and (also hopefully) how to call the kinematic fitter etc.

That's right. However, there are paralel sessions that almost nobody from the computing group is involved, e.g. TGT, MEC, MAG, DAT, DCS. If we put them into one morning/afternoon, we'll have another half a day for a mini-workshop.
A few weeks ago there was a plan to have a one-week workshop. This is why I assumed that 2x(half a day) will not be too much
But it's just a suggestion, let's see what the others think.
Regards,
ola
