Hi all,

I have added emc code for bump splitting.
It is mainly adaptation of the corresponding Babar code.

Code is separated into 2 parts:
1) Finding local maxima - PndEmc2DLocMaxFinder
and
2) Splitting shared digi energy between bumps - PndEmcExpClusterSplitter.

The code can be run with bump_emc.C macro.

The results produced by this code still need to be checked.
