Hi,
the association tools are now available in the repository (directory: "pndbase/AssocTools"). All test applications seem to work properly.
To commit also the test macros, I would like to ask Mohammad to provide a new subdirectory "macro/pndbase". The intention is to put all pndbase related applications into this new directory (including the already existing test macros which are now available in "macro/proxydict".

The test macros for the proxy dict, for the association tools and for std template utils are now available in macro/pndbase.
