Does anyone know how can I visualize a example event with panda spectrometer. Is good refrence of macro file existed in pandaroot/macro or tutorial?

Hello,

The pandaroot/eventdisplay package is your friend here. Have a look at pandaroot/macro/mvd/Tobias/eventdisplay.C.
You will need to be careful about the things to implement, accordingly to your simulation run.
