In FairSoft nov15 there was a problem with the Pythia folder. This is solved now in a new tag of FairSoft, nov15p5.
If you are using Pythia (such as using the Pythia event generator or the Pythia model in EvtGen), I suggest to use nov15p5 tag, which is now the suggested version for developers (I have also updated the wiki).
