I have a question about the r3bsim. In the file macros/r3b/califa/r3ball.C there is a defined beta in the gamma generator (line no: 337)

gammasGen->SetLorentzBoost(0.819750....) // beta=0.81975 for 700 AMeV

I generate the reaction with the appropriate beam energy, and then I give this as input in the simulation. My question is should I change the SetLorentzBoost every time depending on the simulated beam energy or should I ignore this command line?

Hi,
The command should be called with the fragments velocity as argument to produce a Lorentz boost in the energies and angles of the gammas.
Let me remember that this generator only generates the gammas and not fragments.

Best regards
