Dear Colleagues,

The Indico Abstract Submission interface for CHEP 2016 is now open:
https://indico.cern.ch/event/505613/call-for-abstracts/

It is also linked from the Abstract Submission tab on the http://chep2016.org/ web site.

Let me remind you that all the abstracts should be communicated to the computing coordinators and should be uploaded in the forum for the approval.

Dear Colleagues,

The deadline for abstract submission to CHEP 2016 has been extended by one week to April 18, 2016.

No further extensions will be granted.

Please also note that:
It is no longer required that the presenter of the talk be identified at the time of abstract submission.
The limit on the length of abstracts has been raised from 2000 characters to 3000 characters. Abstracts already submitted may be modified if desired. We tentatively advise against trying to submit abstracts close to the limit (e.g. 2998 characters) - there is anecdotal evidence of submission problems in such cases.
Best regards,
Richard Mount and Craig Tull
