Dear Mr. Kresan,

I have a problem with the installation of the dev branch from R3BRoot. Can you help me?

Which operating system are you using?

Did you try with a fresh build directory after updating from GitHub?

Actually, this is known ROOT 5 problem with generating the dictionary for complicated #include files. Is there a special reason why you use ROOT 5? New cling interpreter of ROOT 6 will not have this issue.

Best regards,
Dima

Just for test purpose, since I do not have linux machine: could you please in the file R3BRoot/land/unpack/R3BNeulandCal2HitPar.h comment out lines number 12, 17, 18 and 19. If it works in your case I will do proper #ifdef statement.

Best regards,
Dima

I used a completely fresh build directory in both cases. The OS is Xubuntu 14.04
When I comment out your lines the problem is not solved. I have included the new log.

The problem was with uint32_t type, which requires stdint.h include, and CINT simply can not handle it.

I have committed the fix to dev branch, please try to pull and compile again.

Otherwise I will have another look next week.

Cheers,
Dima
