Dear Grid (and PandaRoot) experts,
installing with Antonio the "latest" on the Torino node (or better, he has installed it and I have just checked the output), we have seen that after the installation a dashboard script is sent, and it is sent each Tuesday morning after the update (just check this morning the web page).

This script is reporting crashes in the build, because also the EventDisplay package is compiled. We know that in the installation of external packages for grid the ROOT event display package is not installed, then also pandaroot event dislay will always crash. This is not so nice.

I have seen there are also crashes in the qa macros with libMvdTrk.so, but maybe they are connected to the previous problem.

Do you think there could be some way to avoid this problem, or maybe we have just to take out the event display from the global CMakeLists and rootlogon? I fear that at present the latest is a bit "unstable".
